The Friends of the Lower Providence Community Library will gladly accept gently used donated:
- Hardback books: Fiction & Non-Fiction
- Paperback books: Fiction & Non-Fiction
- Children’s books
- Books-on-CD
- DVDs
- Music CDs
Due to the lack of space and the difficulty of resale of some materials, not all donations are acceptable.
We cannot accept:
- Damaged books, including:
- Damaged spines
- Water damage
- Torn or missing covers, pages
- Highlighted materials
- Books written in or marked (except signed or inscribed)
- Encyclopedias
- Reference books more than one year old
- Magazines
- Reader’s Digest condensed books
- Textbooks
- Bulkpacks or other bound study materials
- VHS Tapes
